“Just 5 weeks after this picture was taken, my beautiful vibrant 22-year-old daughter was diagnosed with an incurable diffuse midline glioma in her spinal cord. This is a devastating disease affecting only 100 people in the UK each year predominantly aged 3 to 25 years old and all of whom have a short life expectancy post-diagnosis. There has been no development in treatment for over 40 years and this needs to change. My brave beautiful daughter is raising money for urgently needed research in this field.”
